Today's Show: Granola



You'll Need:

2 tablespoons of butter
3 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 3/4 cup of old fashion rolled oats
1 cup of chopped pecans
1 cup of raisins

You'll Do:

Melt butter and brown sugar in a pan over medium heat. Toss in the oats and toast for about 3 to 4 minutes. Toss and toast your pecans until you can smell the nuttiness. Let this mixture cool for about 5 minutes before adding raisins. Enjoy!

Tip: Switch the pecans for walnuts or pine nuts and the raisins for cranberries, dates, or coconut - even your favorite seeds. See what combinations you come up with - the options are delicious and limitless!
