Sweet potatoes (which may or may not ACTUALLY be in the potato family) are definitively my favorite starchy delight. Delish.com hooks us up with this super simple recipe for oven baked wedges that is sure to make my niece McKenzie say "num num!" Can you say "new Thanksgiving table tradition?"

2 large sweet potatoes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Mix your spices and salt together in a small bowl. Peel and cut the sweet potatoes 6 ways and toss with the oil. Sprinkle on the spice blend and bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees!

The recipe above "yields four servings" but if you're anything like my family this'll barely make two so double up!
